They will not be able to tell you everything, but at least they can give you a "sniff" test of the property 2.

There are ones that would completely feel like a single-family home, so you could still live comfortably.I think that your current home is the perfect situation to test the waters of being a landlord, as you are already in it, you know the property, and you can easily learn the ropes without too much risk.

This is a good test run with a property manager with little risk.

@Forrest Williams I've taken the pre-licensing education, will be passing the state test within a month, and have plenty of customer service experience.
