Good morning; I've been posing questions in multiple forums, reaching out to YouTubers, calling local agents, and continue having difficulty having someone in the business that's "done it" to take the time to talk to me, listen to my situation and give me an honest assessment of what may be best moving forward.

With that said, I see some amazing credentials that are part of the BiggerPockets selections, however I don't seem to find any type of category for support in the home from a technology stand point. 

Of course, part of this strategy would also center around keeping the spread between rents and mortgage payments at an acceptable level, so you may have difficulty participating in too many low down payment fha loans depending on your actual salary.
