Property check and property manager

Can someone visit and view my property 4913-4915 E Michigan St? The house has been on the market for 4 months vacant, both sides. I really have doubts about my property manager and all the money I keep putting into the property. For example, I spent $10k turning it over a unit, the property manager places a bad tenant (3 months) and then I have another $5k turnover for the same unit!

I would greatly appreciate any help as I am a remote investor (military) and restricted from leaving my current area in Virginia due to COVID precautions…

I am willing to reimburse you for your time.

Also I am looking for a good property manager in the area.

Try the Harvey Property Management Group. Over 80 reviews on Google with a 4.5 star rating.

The house is sitting vacant, so I recommend firing the current PM right now. Don't let them place another tenant that's going to cost you more money than you bring in. If you need to protect the house and cut costs, you can hire a licensed, insured plumber to winterize it.

Maybe you already know this, but it took me about 10 minutes to even find it listed for rent. They're not doing you any favors, particularly at that price point.
