@Matt Clark I have to admit that the change in tech isn't something I had thought about.

I send an error report to the tech support and they aren't responsive at all.It is good for pulling up some info on properties, a lot you can get for free from public records...when it worksI think they take advantage of people that don't use the software much and just pay for the monthly fee on autopay.... they def need to make the tech more user friendly, but same goes for a lot of things in this industry like how outdated MLS software is as wellA lot of the stuff is free on public records

If this is a central air unit,, it  might be better to shut off vents in  the top floor rooms and shut doors to rooms your not using, put single A/C unit in rooms you need to cool on 3rd and use only if you need to.did the service tech suggest a recharge for the A/C unit.. maybe it just needs more coolant, .. ..hard to know but I'd ask the landlord to take a look and see if it can be serviced.

I'm currently in my late 20s and work as a senior software engineer at a big tech company in SF.

My wife and I will be relocating to Boise this year (will be out there from May 6th - 17th to do some recon) and I am looking to transition from the tech industry into Real Estate.

Carpet is a giant pain but you typically have to replace 100% of it when only 20% of it (wear pattern, 1 foot radius around the couch, etc.) is bad.  

Even though the local economy is really strong, I see a major risk in Dublin.The economy is extremely dependent on a handful major tech company (FB, google, etc..).

I’m currently reading Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins and I just had that “ahh ha” moment where my vision is crystal clear.

Two houses they are both 4 bed room houses about 1450 Sqft a peice one is in west Baltimore close to gwyns falls and coppin state the other is in East Baltimore close to Johns Hopkins School, YMCA and Giant.
