Did all work myself to learn how a house works.

Hi All,I'm really passionate about building my real estate business and there's a lot I need to learn about.

I then went on to bring in friends and family to buy the next few properties (they became down payment partners) but I would not recommend this if you do not have a solid team that you can rely on.

Back in March, my parents gave me some money to invest and learn.

Myself and a few partners (GP Team) have identified a medical office building that checks most of the boxes.

When we have someone that is not responding in normally, we send one of our team members to do a safety check.
