I was looking at rent to retirement and a few others i don’t remember off the top of my head. 

I've been approved for substantially bigger loans, with less reported income & was shocked. 

I dove in head first and for the past three weeks I've listened to like a hundred podcast, read books, and watched YouTube videos gathering all the general information and narrowing down where I want to start and I settled on virtual wholesaling, because our local market is crazy.

Both leases are up for renewal early next year (no, that wasn't planned and isn't preferable) so I want to give them a heads up before the holidays that rent will be going up.
