Hi! I was looking at this property, and I thought it was quite a good deal.

This one below too seems to be an okay investment as well for LTR

under market value by 10k + has ability to cash flow @$800 a month.
Am a wrong? Right? Would it be worth pursuing the properties (with proper dudilligence)
