There's a occupied 3/2 in the front, with tenants who will move July 1 and a 1/1 California style bungalow around back, recently vacant.

AndI can't quite get my arms around it why this style is so popular.Anyway, look over this article about "experimental rental units."

It really comes down to your learning style - whether to go online or classroom.

However, I can't think of innovative ways to prevent the AC condenser from being stolen since it's outside of the house, and these bad guys can still jump over the fence and steal the condenser. 

It is minutes from University City and all the innovation and expansion going on there; minutes away from boat house row and the Art Museum area... all the culture and outdoor recreation you want; minutes away from the Philadelphia Zoo, which I am betting will continue its building and expansion; within walking distance of the Mann and Memorial Hall; finally transportation, several bus routes in the area and the 76 expressway a stones throw away.With that said it is a bit of a rough neighborhood. 

He would last 30 minutes of his business day grab a few of the complaint forms at Nestle and call the peron. so he would get on the phone and say this is Mike I am president of Staufer foods and you had a complaint about our mac and cheese.. he was talking to a house wife in Kokomo or some other city.. take notes then discuss at management sessions... lots of take aways from his business style.

It may reduce the reason you have for your LLC to go through the style of funding you are proposing. 

Maybe searching for a partner and get right into new build projects.. or do I need to prove myself on a few more smaller renovation-style projects?
