Don't forget to budget in a little extra time for the first month or two to wade through the previous owners' misteps (and there always are) and to sort out the old payment process versus your new one. 

To have investors and/or partners you need to establish and build the relationships, it is a lengthy and slow process (sort of like dating).

After several months of learning the mechanics I syndicated a 60-unit with a general partner who has been sort of a mentor of mine for many years. 

So even with many owners having the resources to handle it, no one wants that sort of loss and some owners may be more motivated to sell.Only time will tell what sort of impact will really occur.

Still analyzing all sorts of investments (house hacking, BRRRR, Turnkey, etc). 

If most are starting out online or over the phone, then I think it won’t matter as much since you will have built a rapport of some sort before they see you.I’ve seen agent of all walks of life, etc working successfully at least in my market area.

It is useless to talk about a zip code, that is a large area with all sorts of differences in properties.If you are not getting showings and applications, you are asking too much for the property.
