I've used spokeo and intellius, and frankly, both seemed a bit useless as they didn't have current address or the 'current address' they provided was incorrect and my mail was returned again.

They seem to have a pretty wide disparity here in the Williamson County areas of Greater Austin whenever I look.  

It would seem to me that contributing to both would be good.  

Most BPers seem to believe that simply sending mail will get the phone ringing: the shotgun approach. 

I live in Alaska at the moment but plan to move to Virginia soon(18 months) I tried posting in the starting out section but it doesn't seem to be working.

Syracuse by you seems like a cheap spot with high rents. 

There's a fourplex in the Killeen area that seems to have just opened up on the MLS.

Also seemed odd that they waited almost six months to send the letter.

I have been looking into some Duplex properties in CA recently and have been noticing that a large number seem to not have  a permit on file with their town or city for the second property that is on the land.

$25 per month per unit for water and sewage seems low.
