I have done half a dozen buy and hold deals. Her lawyer was better than mine so I have to start over...hahah.

I am looking for deals in the Dallas area for cash flow. I still need to find a good lawyer to help protect my investments. I have a good accountant already.

Also looking for alternative financing.

I can offer some very good tips on how to fix your own credit if anyone is interested.

I am not a credit repair company. You have to do the work yourself. I just have the letters and tips to give you a nice head start.
