occasionally something comes up that is cheaper but as @Brian Ploszay says a lot of those deals have hair on them. and the rest are under contract. in 24-48 hours.

Of course, most babies don't pop out the size of a 10 year old with all sorts of emotional baggage :-)I don’t know what you should read for real estate motivation, but I’m confident the rest of the world should read this story for motivation on being better people.
