If you dont find a long term — respectful — tenant, you’ll wind up spinning your tires on repair and rent and repair and rent, likely for an ultimate loss.

I'm interested in adding all of these to my portfolio at some point in time, but just looking for others thoughts as to which makes most sense to pursue given today's economic environment?

It's a very low pressure environment with as much support as you want to receive.

With that being said it's important that you treat this business with respect in terms of "dipping in". 

I ask this with great respect for all the good advice I've seen you post over the past couple of years I've been on BP. 

I have property management in place so I wanted to open up the floor to any feedback, advise, etc from any seasoned landlords on how best to keep my property up and provide all while keeping a clean and safe environment for my tenants...Thanks in advance for any constructive feedback!
