A little disturbing, that being said I'm reaching out to this wonderful community to see if anyone has great success with a reputable company.

They're big and reputable.

Basic research shows that Fleetwood had a bad reputation up until  around 2000 when they were bought by Cavco.  

Also, you typically don't make much or any money the first few months you vacation rent -- you spend money on rehab, furnishings, soft goods, etc. and it often takes a few or more months of marketing the property at below market prices to build reputation .

They are reputed to suck big time and not be very professional in terms of showing up on time, getting the project done on time or sticking to budget.

Hello all,I am real estate investor in Maryland, primarily Prince George's county, in need of networking with a reputable wholesaler.

My suggestion would be to select a reputable contractor who's familiar with 203k projects.

Josh,  Reputation and ability to close and get deals done is important.

:DAndrey, to be fair there are a few reputable TurnKey business that have a good product and know how to manage and market their properties.
