Just getting started in Real Estate/Looking for turn-key/wholessa

Hello BP,

Its great to be here, really excited to get started on my Real Estate Adventure. I currently live in So Cal, so looking to invest somewhere more affordable. I know it may be more difficult to be a out of state investor, but up for the challenge. I will need to have a strong PM company, and actually was hoping I could get a few leads on turn-key company's. I think trying to rehab from a distance, without have contacts in the area would be a mistake. I have talked to one company, but I don't know if they are real legit, can't find anything about them. A little disturbing, that being said I'm reaching out to this wonderful community to see if anyone has great success with a reputable company. I would truly appreciate any help possible.

Thanks

Beth
