I work for a new construction and remodeling company that is licensed in PA and NJ.

I just remodeled one half of a duplex and was shocked at how many hours I was working even though most of it was contracted out.

You may consider asking a local remodel contractor to bid the project (offer to pay them for the bid and tell them you will provide their scope of work to the purchaser so they might get the job).
