Finding investors to finance my buyer on this flip in las vegas

I have a home that I am just finishing to do complete remodel. I want suggestions to find investors that want to finance my buyers.

I want to put a sign that finance is available with a down payment and see if I can find a buyer who wants to buy my home and close fast.
