Banks can be slow to respond, so rather than putting in specific dates, we put "MEC" + some number for each of the different steps.

I would do a 3 step mailing sequence (this will yield the best results).Day 1=letter 1Day 15=letter 2Day 30=letter 3This will make you a lot of money if you stick to this format.
