Hello,

I am new to real estate investing and am planning to focus on buying and renting properties.

I have been reading all I can about real estate investing but still have not made a real estate purchase. (Except for the home I live in)

I'm glad I found this site and plan to learn as much as I can, especially how to find and make that first deal. :lol:
