I've worked for the City for 3 years now and I have a list of neighborhoods I consider "Dead Zones" (no pun intended).

So I posted earlier about trying to evict some dead beat renters.

If your dead set on getting into syndications figure out what segment (boots on the ground, underwriting, capital raising, deal sourcing, etc) you are strongest on and find a GP team you can join and add value to.Good Luck!
