Among many other goals.There is a great opportunity for us, but managing the human element and financial drive into a healthy balance is a daily work in progress. 

I'd also like to hear if any progress has been made in devising the "Deals on Wheels" in a compliant manner.I'll wager too, that most RMLOs originating seller financed transactions are not compliant as originators for third party, unregulated lenders and they aren't even aware of it.

If one tells you to ask the other and the other can't give you an answer, it maybe be time to look for new team members to help you make progress.

The personal development practices have worked wonders as I am much more strong mentally and have acquired many useful skills.I work at Apple and have made excellent progress moving up in the company.

My GC business is still a work in progress as I just started it 3 months ago.
