Just to be clear, if you're zoned R4, you still have to either have had an existing STR permit before Colorado Springs' new Airbnb rules went into effect, or -- if you didn't have an existing permit -- then you have to be outside of that 500-foot buffer of any other non-owner-occupied STR.

Yes, Business Income is a coverage that is almost always automatically included in a small business policy if Tenants or customers of any business stop paying, that is not an insurable claim on a standard policy.There are some products in the REI space that can cover this, like Rent Rescue, but not sure if their policy would respond to this.
