People do go to jail for loan fraud.To me you need two conversations before moving forward

Anyone can live anywhere they want if they have the money, and sometimes houses are bought and then rented out without much background checking on the people moving in.

If you really wanted to go there, you could even charge them for the labor if you had your own people install it. 

The people who are doing it for shorter stays are either unincorporated or grandfather-in.

I haven't used a line of credit for, so I'm not sure what I should ask for and how different variables affect the rates and terms.3) People have mentioned a portfolio loan to me, but I'm not sure if they mean a line of credit on the portfolio for each company or some other type of loan?

A 2-3 bedroom is more likely to get a family or couple and will appeal to more people, the 4+ bedroom will appeal to fewer people.
