For many years, my passion is real estate investment but I have put this on hold for over a decade after starting a family.  

And I seem to have an innate passion for it too because it makes me excited just thinking about it.

I have been growing a passion for real estate investing and was about to attend the Success Path career seminar presented by Christina and Tarek but then read the reviews on this site about it and changed my mind. 

Tennis has been my whole life, so REI has kind of been my new focus transitioning away from the tennis world and finding my new passion.

It’s my passion and I’m not going to give up but it definitely gives me anxiety when I think about buying another property.

I am a soon-to-be licensed Real Estate Agent with a passion for properties and numbers.

I worked to land the major certifications and in the process to improve my craft, all with the end goal of using these skills to be an effective real estate investor.Fast forward to this February, I became fed up with putting real estate on the back burner as I felt like I had accomplished everything that I wanted to in my professional career and it was time to put the full effort into my true passion, real estate investing.

For me personally, it's really just as simple as finding what you are passionate about.

I'm also a novice real estate investor, but I found my passion for it in college in the same way you did, after being dissatisfied with the returns I was getting in my stock portfolio.

It's convenient that I also have a passion for real estate.
