Not sure if this is the correct forum for this topic, but I am wanting to get my real estate license and was wondering if anyone could make any recommendations for online courses? 

Most standard realtor PSAs can be found online.  

You may be able to offer cash for keys.Don't forget that the starting prices in online auctions are usually artificially low to attract bidders.
