If it's a good deal, I'd suggest you move in to the smallest unit for a year and move out.If you want to stick with you parents, just make that one unit your office or something and continue living with your parents.

I have worked with investors in Austin for several years and will be opening a 2nd office there next month.What's going on with the seller's disclosure?

I can understand why insurance agents, RE agents, wholesalers and loan officers send me colleague requests (in hopes of getting business), but even then - even if they do send me a message they'll pretty much never follow-up later on. 

Community banks work better, in my experience - the loan officers are more often willing to understand your story instead of being forced to check the boxes like loan officers at big banks.
