Correct, thats why the keyword "residence" , a lot of flips and rentals are in business names and would also not qualify as a personal DIY.

Many different investors on here with specific things they invest in.You can use the keyword search tool at the top right to find other wholesalers in your area to connect with.

You might get a few hundred or more each deal locating for wholesalers etc.If you use the keyword tool at the top right you can search for wholesalers in your area to connect with and you can also search topics for bird dogging and wholesaling topics.

Not sure what you are referring to when you say "two properties a year get you tagged, and you lose many of the tax advantages" Remember to set up your "key words" and post a picture as soon as you can.
