I am assuming you have a significant other, from my experience theres always a point where they want that new appliance, to paint the walls a different color, or imagine this- a new car every 2-3 years because of all the new safety features.

It is never the perfect time, you may never know absolutely everything, it will never all be easy, and longer term plans or features may change.

Also, take a look around at comparable properties in the park and see what they were selling for and what made them sell for more, that might help you see what certain features buyers are looking for.
