We do all in-house negotiations, and our team has done 8 closings so far in 2016.  

I am a realtor and she is very good at interior design so we make a great team.

My staff and I (4 full time employees not independent contractors) manage all of our properties as a team so that you can always talk with someone during our office hours 9am-4pm M-F.  

Get a pre-approval letter and hire an experienced and good Team.  

Team members locally are very important and they should be experienced and good at what they do.
