If I had the money I would be having a field day.

So I pulled up the field card and went to town clerks office to find out the property is mortgage free but has a number of tax, sewer, & water liens.

Each market is different, and with different income levels success is measured differently so to level the field I want to set some criteria. 

And when I bought this home at 21 years old (with no help from mom or dad), I spoke on a technology panel of experts and taught men in their 50s by the hundreds about my field.

I am currently working with someone who has about 30 years of experience in the field.

I don't care what the office looks like, only that they can come to the field and be on time and prepared.3.

A bunch of real estate professionals and people new to the field will be meeting to bounce ideas off each other, meet new investors and surround ourselves with like-minded individuals.Best of luck,Keaton

I was curious to those who are seasoned in the field if you've every come across a seller (FBSO) who presented a California Residential Purchase agreement form (line 35. on the contracts states buyer cannot assign contract).
