I talked to one of the neighbors who has a relationship with the lady and apparently, the lady hasn't mentioned anything about actually leaving.

How do I find out if I can do what I want before actually purchasing the home?

Actually, I guess I'm a pre-New Guy.  

I'm sure you have noticed yourself because you already have a property, but people can read and listen to podcasts, but you learn much more actually diving into the business.  

I wish I can actually delete my first post and start again.

They left without me having to evict them or excessive drama, because they realized I was treating them fairly, even though their situation was a tough one.
