I don't believe that politicians have the authority to determine guilt or punishment in judicial matters.I've noticed that over the past 10 years or so, there has been a movement by our government and by many right-wing commentators AWAY from the Constitution, and I believe it's having a negative impact on our country as a whole.

I've never seen any studies that indicate sexual preference has any impact on credit-worthiness, trust-worthiness or integrity... :)
