(a) One, two, three, or four-family dwelling, including townhouses, rowhouses, and condominiums.We have also looked to the Portland business journal for the top developers- (I am not sure DR Horton is looking the hills of Pacific City to build its next project)   The Oregon Coast is beautiful but odd,  these lots would cost me over $70,000 each and 2 years to develop and trying to sell them at 2/3's of this price is hard.

Here's the technical language:Security deposits from the tenant in residential dwelling units shall be deposited in a trust account with a licensed and federally insured depository institution or a trust institution authorized to do business in this State, or the landlord may, at the landlord's option, furnish a bond from an insurance company licensed to do business in North Carolina.

PM was one day late returning the deposit.Tennant is suing me Violating the Implied Warranty of Habitability,  Violating the Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment by not timely returning the security deposit and not performing the necessary repairs to maintain the property as a safe and conforming dwelling.

As I stated in my previous post, anyone that tracks ALL of their spending for a period of time doesn't need to read a book on how to spend less and save money, they will have a spreadsheet shouting at them with ideas of how they can cut a little here, a lot there, a little here and suddenly the bank account is getting a continuous stream of small deposits that will turn into a property and set the course for the future.

There are mixed opinions on what dwelling coverage to have, but just think if the place burned down, would you want it replaced or just the value to go purchase a new property.

The property has to be "alienable separate from the title to any other dwelling unit" meaning a separate deed.
