Decide to wait for permission which will never come.Downside is that if she were ever audited and if the exchange were examined and if they determined that it was not valid she would end up paying the same tax and some back interest.

Although I believe that the exam is not particularly difficult as long as you pay diligent attention to the material it is something that you definitely should not take lightly. 2) You should get an early start researching the different brokers in your area in order to determine which one will suit you best when you do become licensed.

Cheers It's untested, but a friend of mine who runs an airbnb from one of her duplexes is hoping that since 1/2 the building is rented to a long term tenant and the other half is the AirBnB it would be hard for the city to determine that it is being run as an AirBnB.
