So you have to understand that no matter how much you explain something they will never,ever understand.When you don't have that fire from within to do something great with your life and not just go through the motions then you won't get someone telling you how great it will be.All they will see is RISK,DANGER,RUN.When the checks come in your wife will be happy and tell the rest of the family off that is telling her to tell you her husband to get a JOB.Their badgering you soon turns to jealousy when they see you took a risk and are living the dream.Something they might have wanted but were too scared to take action on.I don't begrudge those types I will just not let them affect me or keep me from my goals.

credit cards can bring down your credit score but it can also help...even increase your credit score as long as the cards are not all purchase at once & have some payment history.but is it dangerous?

I've been successful at 100% financing (in a practical way) executing a BRRRR business plan through the combination of:Private money loan (high interest, but refinance out after the rehab)Personal loan or line of credit for the remaining balance (long term 2+ years, low interest ~5-6%, interest only)This is a much more practical approach in my opinion, but is dependent on a few things:good creditnot buying properties that would make my DTSR at a dangerous level...i.e. worse case scenario i can afford all paymentsincome that supports the previous point

Just like Thomas knew there wouldn't be any first person responses, I'm sure the folks that are flabbergasted we use business entities as part of our asset protection plan will not come back to BP and warn us of the dangers if they ever get sued for more than their umbrella policy.

It is unlikely mold would grow that quickly, most molds are not hazardous to health, and even the dangerous molds are typically only dangerous to people with existing respiratory problems.
