We don’t mind the recording process—at the very least it’s a tax write off—but let me throw a few more angles out there that I hadn’t mentioned before and see what you and @Chris Seveney think: the CFD’s we’re purchasing are for unimproved land parcels, so I don’t think there’s an obligation to insure.

Hi everyone - I have on the market my own class B 60K SF metal warehouse that I am thinking about converting half of the facility into flex space to lease out.

I think its somewhat irresponsible though to be touting this when folks take on such risks that we are seeing where they think they are going to make a bunch of money then they get their hands slapped.. which is my point about being correctly zoned and permitted .. do you think that is a bad thing ??

I've begun looking 6-12 units thinking the demand is not as crazy as 2-4 unit properties.

Would you think it would be a rental further down the line, plan is to stay in it and rent it out in the future.
