After reading the conditions of my lease, it states that I have to cooperate in showing the property to potential buyers, or if I'm moving out to allow new potential renters to see the property.I understand that if it was my condo and I choose to sell it, the inconvenience is something that I sign up for as well as the ramifications.

I personally like the idea of choosing a farm area (at least to start) and becoming a "big fish in a smaller pond" where your marketing dollars go further and people in the area begin to think of you when they're ready to sell.

If you choose an attorney make sure you get one that will advise you on Entities and not just charge you a high fee for printing out boilerplate materials.

C. the area your choosing for section 8 tenants does not matter, (the morgan state, northwood stuff is desired by sec 8 more than most however) some orher "low incomes" are also better, but any other area (edmondson, coppin etc) is a dump.
