I'd like to take the time to formally introduce myself. I am a commercial real estate broker primarily, but do handle some residential from new product sales from my builders and developers. I am really happy to have found my way to this site, and I want to get to know many more members here.

I am also looking to build my list of builders and developers in and around Los Angeles, so anyone that would like to be on this list, please message me. I am working with a lot of off-market product, both land and existing. It's become quite clear that the push for development is trending more now than ever, as investors are hungry for new product deals.
