I need some help/advice as to what I should do with a possible subject-to I have with a house that is suppose to be auctioned May 2.I received a phone call from a direct mail campaign I sent out and the lady said that she needed to sell her grandmothers house because she could not keep up with the payments after her grandmother passed away and wasn't about ready to give it back to the bank.

Oh wise and wealthy ladies and gentlemen ! 

One of them told the escrow lady to go f off he wasn't giving her the information and she just informed me (as snooty possible ) as possible that she would not be able to close without it what do I do in this situation

Ive got one call from a lady (sounds like a smoker, but maybe used to be) who is interested.

A lady that lives there mentioned that some areas there are infested with gang activity, but where she lives wasn't too bad.

Ok ladies and gentlemen.

Mean while this poor lady still has all her belongings in the house and is still responsible for it..

Anyway...to the lady who wanted to find tax liens...there is a ton of free material on youtube that will walk you throught the process.

Tapes usually come around when some clown gets a list that fell out of escrow and they create a bum "product" to represent.One lady last week got a nice call from DRE thanks to them misrepresenting things...Have fun and call me if you have questions.Jason

The locals new when we left on Sunday night.. so poaching was a problem, along with other pilfering Riding motorcycles etc all over our ranch.The local Chapter of the Gypsy Jokers had their house right up the street from us in Cupertino ,  My dad march's right over there and tells them how would you like a spot in the country for free.. just care take the ranch.Bunch of them moved into the Caretakers house along with their old ladies.. and the poaching and thievery ended...
