This was a converted old building that was at one time a hardware store - 2 story - converted into 26 units.  5 1-bedrooms, and 21 tiny studios.I rented those 25 units over 8 years and not once did an applicant mention they wanted a tub.My tenants were students and techies, mainly, and some other working people, one retired lady.  

He kept asking me every hour if the lady has replied back and he was sooo happy that she hasn't gotten back to us.

This lady doesn't mind waiting until business opens Monday or later in the weekSue Kelly but good point to watch for in future tenants if they seem rushed.

Lady has a commercial property between 2 of our empty commercially zoned lots.  

This way, if the old lady upstairs lets her bathtub overflow and it floods my apartment, I'm covered.  

When he asked me to leave, (because the "lady" he was cheating on me with was moving in, yeah I pick winners,) I had no agreement or anything and since I wasn't on the mortgage, he gave me 7 days to get out.
