Last year we have a lady and her seven year old boy who fled Syria stay with us.  

She is very nice lady but I really don't want to deal with headache later.

i dont know what the adjuster lady put down. and the people she sent and hired aren't from a company "company per say"

This was a converted old building that was at one time a hardware store - 2 story - converted into 26 units.  5 1-bedrooms, and 21 tiny studios.I rented those 25 units over 8 years and not once did an applicant mention they wanted a tub.My tenants were students and techies, mainly, and some other working people, one retired lady.  

He kept asking me every hour if the lady has replied back and he was sooo happy that she hasn't gotten back to us.

Well, nice try on the "scratches easily" comment on the form, lady LOL.
