Breaking into Property Management
Greetings BP,
I own a property, have managerial experience and I'm looking to move into property management. I know every State has different requirements but I thought I'd come here and ask those with experience what they'd suggest.
Is there something I should concentrate on? A particular certification I should look into, software I need to learn, book you might suggest - those kinds of elements.
Thanks

If you want to be a professional in the field of property management, you should look into the National Association of Residential Property Managers. They also have some great educational offerings.
I would also find your local chapter and touch base with them to begin attending networking events.
