You so called premium jaded self righteous types are more damaging discouraging than my tenants addiction.I require renters insurance he has it but doesn't replace or cover dead bodies I also have co2 smoke alarms sprinklers but again dont stop or repair or cover dead body's. i had deal with 1st tenant almost dying.

If you do the upfront legwork and do all the showings and make it easy for the landlord than most of the time they release you from the lease and just sign a new one with the tenant.

Upon lease termination, a waiver was signed that releases all parties against any claims or liabilities.According to the inspector, it is believed that the mold is traveling up to their unit from the basement via the basement door which is accessible from the dining room which is inside the condo unit.Ultimately, the property management company working for the HOA has been negligent in addressing various leaks in foundation, and visible mold in the basement.
