Inventory is already low, competition is high, and sales prices seem relatively exaggerated (MLS is also barely of any use).

But those older cables typically had a much thinner bare ground conductor than what you would buy today for the same wire gauge (on hot and neutral conductors) cable.

You had Jonny Burger Flipper in a home that cost $150K while his salary was barely 10K a year.

Everything seems fine for my other tenants but this guy tells me that he cranks the water all the way to hot and it's barely warm.

So if I go multi-unit I would like 3-4 unit (as would nearly every investor around since you barely see them listed, and they go quick if they come up!).
