You can create a management company or parent company to own them all, but you will never really achieve anonymity unless you pay others to run your business. 

Those relationships with contractors, handymen, etc. are key to achieving our goals.

@Chris Lawlor  it depends on what you are trying to achieve.   

Now, where you are might be different from where I am in life so maybe a 15 year loan achieves some other purpose?
