I live in the land of 6' block walls but am always amazed when I travel to the mid-west.If the animal is being aggressive and on the neighbors, that is an animal control issue.Unfortunately I do not think there is much you can do about illegal activity on your neighbors property. 

I have clients who are having good success renting their studios on Airbnb with 30-day minimum rentals to traveling nurses.

And it certainly did.The property was formerly a ski/snowboard shop and was converted into a coffee shop/community association office/therapist office/travel agent office. 

And remember to add-on all other costs: Such as prorated property taxes, property inspections, possible travel expenses related to your purchase (all expenses to be divided-up proportionally between the 6 and 20 acre parcels).

What that interviewee said worked for him is that he tied each purchase or advancement in his real estate goals to something that his wife liked. and his case, his wife really liked to travel.

Then the service industry, travel industry unemployed etc.I have to say it is very goofy to not take advantage of the situation as one of those unemployed.

I've traveled to Kansas City & Indianapolis to check out those areas.

They often take house hunting leave, travel time, extended leave if they are moving overseas/far from home.
