Selling during shelter-in-place?
Investment Info:
Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
What do you know about getting a tenant out so we can safely sell the property during shelter-in-place? Can't evict even if selling?
Want to sell and reinvest into a cash flow rather than an appreciation market. I've traveled to Kansas City & Indianapolis to check out those areas. Open to new ideas. Maybe even something more passive like upside potential REIT type investor groups?
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
At time of purchase, 2nd home. Turned into airbnb unit and larger longterm rental.
How did you add value to the deal?
Creating unit and cherrying it out.

Want to sell but worried about asking tenant to leave during shelter-in-place. Buy her out? Sell with tenant in place?
