There is no PMI when you put 20% down so that indicates that you don't have a good understanding of the financing and what the lender is quoting.

Understand if the business isn't distressed in any way, just like in residential real estate, you're paying top dollar and it isn't a great deal.Also be aware, owning a business is not freedom.

I understand the tenant needs to pay for that, but I'm not sure if the tenant should have to pay for all of these other fees.I understand that if the tenant doesn't pay out of their deposit, then I have to pay these fees.I have two questions:1) Is it standard for a property manager to charge all of these fees upon move out?
