Not because of the grass, really, but because you have to do THE SAME THING in the winters, monitoring for dangerous snow and ice on walkways and stairs that hasn't been taken care of.This property manager sounds like s/he's never even thought this sort of thing.Now here's something else: I've received multiple warning from multiple municipalities in my time doing this.

I own a 1/1 beach condo in StPete Fl that I rent seasonally to snow birds January-April, and rent intermittently on AirBnB during the summer season to best fill in the gaps while I'm travelling or offshore.

A lot of the houses I see won't cash flow if you do traditional and so it seems to me the only way I would be able to do this is by renting by the room.Thanks in advance
