I don't know any, I actually had Ally planned for my house (at that time it was split between me and 2 other people, so it wasn't super different than your own!)

It's been super-easy to replace the PMs though anytime I've needed to.Do your properties continue to rent fairly easily?

I also agree with another poster to say self management of good tenants (who you get for good quality rental units, and good screening) is super easy ... much easier in fact than managing a PM who then manages your tenants.

If you go to work for a national home builder (Toll, KHOV, DR HORTON, PULTE, etc.) you will get great exposure to land development (acquisitions, entitlement, improvements, sales, construction, HOA's, etc.).I worked for home builders for a long time and I was always willing to help my team (supers, construction managers, admins, etc.) learn more about the process and improve themselves.  

But I live in Aspen, CO so there are a lot of extensive remodeling projects around here where super fancy materials are left over- we bought 1000 sq ft flooring for $600, a Samsung stainless frig for $350, stainless like new dishwasher for $125; over the years we've gotten new bathroom fixtures & lighting, etc.

It is a super easy site to navigate and gives you a ton of information and saves so much time.

For instance, incorporate driving for dollars, comparing your lists and identifying overlap (these will be your super leads), underdeveloped properties, etc.  

So we weren’t super concerned other than covering the expenses and having good folks who took care of it in case we moved back in a year or two.
