I did a spreadsheet calculation of the difference between paying myself 80k (and funding 25% to 401k to make 100k income) (the low end of a reasonable salary for my job) and the salary to achieve maximum funding of 55k (146k).

It ask them the basics like you mentioned and things like salary, people on that would be living there, previous and current landlord, dogs/pet info etc.You don't have to login to get the application and take a look at it.I charge a $40 application fee before paying to run the check.

I have dealt with many hard money lenders and usually see about 11-12% interest just starting off. That doesn't include the 3 points at closing and additional closing costs, etc.They all seem to be about the same. Won...

I think you are looking at <c class tenants which implies either landlords with experience in that class or expect a fair amount of work.

We are intending to live in the property for 2 months and rent it out after that time period. we expect it to sit for an additional month before getting a renter.
