Do property management companies deal with scenarios where they rent by the room?

This is not a sound investment to make as it would not cash flow positively (with property management company, reserves for repairs and vacancy, etc.).

hi I'm currently beginning my wholesaling career, have researched for a while and its something I am very interested in. a couple of places have companies with memberships called discords and wanted to know if anyone knew of 24homebuyer/MattHoardley or can point me in the right direction.The initial payment is $600 for 6 weeks and then a monthly fee of $150 which i was told can be voided for the first month on my one on one phone call with him.

My contract date to closing with said company is February 29.

There are companies that will call and "harass' the tenant for payment, but they can't take any legal action without a money judgment.You can try small claims, but you have to personally pursue it.

There are about ten hard money companies that will at low loan to value with high interest rates.

Many title companies have a 1031 exchange division that can coordinate transactions across states. 

Plenty of others around and 1000s of smaller companies with 200-300 employees have moved here as well.   

I am debating whether to let my general contractor handle the remediation or hire a licensed mold remediation company.

A 60 day notice was to be delivered upon signing of the contract and putting in the $10k hard EMD with the title company (which was written on the assignment contract and never completed).
